I’ve taken my E350 there twice now for very minor issues and even though it’s out of warranty AND I didn’t buy it from there they took it in both times straight away, fixed the problems and refused to take payment. Now that’s customer service. I know where I’ll be buying from when it’s time to upgrade. Hope the team enjoyed the coffee and donuts. My little way of saying ‘thanks’.
